30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must meet the condition requirements below, and you must contact our support team before sending anything back.

Purchasing and Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the parcel and product promptly after delivery. Keep the original packaging, shipping label, and order information if there is a problem with the product or shipment.

Return Eligibility

To be considered for a return, the product should be unused, unopened, unsealed where applicable, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase and an approved return request are required.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Request a Return

Email service@dwellviax.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for the request, and any helpful photos. We will review the request and provide the applicable instructions and authorized return address.

Do not send a return to the business address or any address found online unless our support team has confirmed it in writing. A return sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Contact us promptly with photos of the parcel, shipping label, and product condition. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs
