DWELLVIAX® and dwellviax.com are operated by Shaanxi Aotesile Technology Co., Ltd. We are responsible for product sales, order processing, payment-related transactions, customer support, shipping coordination, returns, and refunds.

When you place an order through dwellviax.com, you enter into a purchase transaction with Shaanxi Aotesile Technology Co., Ltd., subject to the terms and policies published on our website.

Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed during checkout. The options shown may vary by location, currency, device, order value, and payment provider.

Payment Authorization

Submitting payment information authorizes the selected payment provider to verify and process the transaction. An order is not considered fully placed until checkout confirms the order.

Checkout Security

Payment details are entered through the checkout experience provided by Shopify and the selected payment provider. DWELLVIAX® does not ask customers to send full card details, passwords, or one-time verification codes by email.

Order Confirmation

After a successful order, we send an order confirmation to the email address entered during checkout. The confirmation includes the order number, products, charges, and shipping details available at that time.

Failed or Declined Payments

If payment is declined, confirm the billing information, available funds, card status, and payment method details. Your bank or payment provider may be able to explain the decline. Do not submit repeated attempts if you suspect a duplicate authorization.

Temporary Authorization Holds

A payment provider or bank may place a temporary authorization hold while a transaction is verified. A hold is not necessarily a completed charge and may be released according to the provider’s procedures.

Duplicate or Unrecognized Charges

If you notice a duplicate or unrecognized transaction, first compare it with your order confirmation and pending authorizations. Contact us with the order number and transaction date, and contact your payment provider if the charge remains unexplained.

Pricing and Order Charges

Prices, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes or duties shown at checkout form the order total. We may correct an obvious pricing or information error and will contact you when a correction materially affects an order.

Currency Conversion and Bank Fees

Any currency conversion is handled by the payment provider or bank. Your provider may apply exchange-rate differences or separate foreign-transaction fees that are outside DWELLVIAX®’s control.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes, duties, or import charges may depend on the destination and the applicable rules. Where these amounts are collected or displayed at checkout, they form part of the order total. Any charges imposed by a carrier or local authority may remain the customer’s responsibility.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and may be subject to product, timing, account, or order restrictions. Unless expressly stated, codes cannot be combined, applied after purchase, or exchanged for cash.

Refund Security

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method whenever possible. We will not ask you to provide a new card number or transfer funds in order to receive a refund.
